This gorgeous property has been thoughtfully set up with everything you need for your stay. The bungalow has a modern and luxurious feel throughout, with the accommodation all on one level. Perfect for couples and small families, the layout is ideal to enjoy your time together. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a lovely bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining area adjacent as well as a door out to the patio area so you could dine in or eat alfresco! At the front, the living area is inviting and comfortable, so why not kick back and relax in one of the plush sofas and watch something on TV? There’s also a spacious lawned garden to the rear and a lovely little patio area to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
Waun Bungalow makes a beautiful base for your South Wales break, set in a quiet close overlooking the coastal town of Llanelli. The area has lots to offer, with coastal attractions and great links for exploring more of South Wales. Nearby popular attractions include Pembrey Country Park, offering lots of outdoor activities and fun for all the family. Or why not take a walk or ride along The Millenium Coastal Path, a great way to see some of the impressive Welsh coastline. Llanelli has lots to offer for rainy days too, with shopping centres, cinema & bowling. Enjoy the sights of South Wales and head out for the day, within an hour’s drive there are lots of fantastic places to visit from picturesque towns, cities, heritage sites, beaches, mountains and national parks – South Wales really does have it all! Good contact from owner before arriving. Great first impression, bright entrance hall with beautiful doors. Fresh flowers and well appointed kitchen. Great spacious garden with seating and access from kitchen/dining space. Fresh fruit, bread, jam, cakes and milk in the fridge. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Good quality bedding and towels. Bungalow is in quiet cul de sac. Not far from shops and St Eli's beach front with canoes and body boards or swimming.

Bungalow was a perfect size, ideally placed at the top of cul-de-sac.The best welcome pack was insitu on our arrival with a gorgeous bunch of flowers.We arrived the day of the predicted heatwave, thank goodness I packed two fans as bungalow steadily got warmer. I personally did not like others opened foods left in the freezer and have suggested bits are removed.The enclosed garden had areas our dog could get out and we had a surprise of two dogs entering from next door, sadly our dog was taken round on a lead in the garden.Beautiful garden seats n parasol weren’t used as seating was stored on the open shed floor.Washing machine was due a hot wash clean, I hand washed whilst there.Bed was comfortable, I would suggest a mattress protector if only using one sheet.We folded up the winter duvet and fleece which looked lovely but impractical.This is a well equipped bungalow, with the most comfortable sofa and modern lounge furniture. I wish I had brought binoculars for the viewAll in all we still managed to enjoy our time in Llanelli visiting friends n elderly aunt.
