The magnificent dining room at Ysgubor Fawr has seating for 20 and more can be added. The adjacent kitchen is well equipped and easily lends itself to use by caterers.. Ty Nant !

Lovely little cottage, quirky, and comfortable and well placed for our Brecon hiking days. Was lovely to sit out and enjoy the views and peace (Apart from 3 evenings where the neighbouring cottage people decided to do video calls outside that we had to hear all!). Was lovely as well to hear the sheep and lambs. Well maintained throughout, apart from 2 birds somehow had fallen down the chimney and got stuck in the log burner (1 had died the other we managed to rescue and reunite with the parents) which may need blocking up to prevent this in future. The gardens areas were well maintained. Would we be back? Yes, in fact my other half has already booked it for October!

Lovely cottage in absolutely beautiful surroundings- right in the middle of nowhere, with views of the black mountains. There is so much to do locally, but it would also be the perfect place to do nothing at all and just enjoy the peace and quiet. The cottage was nicer than the photos show, and the wood burner (with enough wood for our stay) was a welcome bonus.
