Guests say

Dewi Villa in Aberaeron offers a spacious and well-equipped holiday experience, with many guests praising its comfortable rooms, secure garden for pets, and proximity to the beach. The property's charm and ample facilities, including en-suite bathrooms and well-stocked kitchens, have been appreciated by many visitors. While some guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the overall sentiment is positive, with the property providing a delightful base for exploring Mid Wales & Cardigan Bay.

Reviews indicate a generally satisfactory level of cleanliness, with several guests finding the property well-presented. However, some guests noted areas for improvement, including dust, dog hair, and a few instances of unclean floors, which suggests occasional lapses in thorough cleaning.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach and local amenities, with many guests enjoying the coastal walks and nearby Aberaeron. Some guests mentioned road noise and parking challenges, but these do not seem to detract significantly from the overall positive location experience.

Guests have found the property comfortable, with special mentions of the comfortable beds and the provision of en-suite bathrooms. Some guests reported issues with mattresses and noise from the road, but overall, the comfort level is regarded as high.

The property is well-equipped, with two kitchens and a secure garden. Guests appreciated the ample parking and sea views. Criticisms include some maintenance issues like flickering lights, creaky floorboards, and the need for a microwave in the second kitchen, indicating room for improvement.

While guests have mentioned the owners' thoughtfulness in providing a Christmas tree and decorations, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such personal touches, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Given the age and size of the house with high ceilings I was worried it might be a bit cold (we visited over new year) but it was really warm and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything you could need and clean and tidy. It is roadside but the walls are really thick so we didn't notice any traffic noise. A great place to base yourself. 5 minutes walk to the beach and a short walk onto Aberaeron for coffee and cake. A beautiful area. We would definitly visit again.

However inside was superficially clean. The floors were not clean, the carpet in the lower floor was particularly unclean, and the kitchen floor was sticky. We stopped walking around without shoes on. When we stripped the bedding before leaving we found stains on the duvet inners, and the mattress toppers.
