A tree lined gravelled drive leads to the private grounds,

with steps up to this delightful property. Enjoying its own private terrace and

seating - this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and beautiful gardens.

Lovingly renovated, furnished and equipped throughout Magnolia Cottage has all the comforts you need for your holiday -

charming local textiles, galleried lounge and feature fireplace. There are 3

spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for guests'

comfort.

The fantastic rural location ensures rest and relaxation,

but if you wish your holiday to be more active, Magnolia

Cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Ceredigion coastline and all the

treasures the area has to offer. The locality provides the backdrop for the detective series Hinterland.

For the keen fisher folk, the river frontage has private

fishing rights - licences are available locally.

For a holiday meal out, try Ty Glyn Restaurant, just down

the road. This peaceful country house offers locally sourced Sunday lunches,

evening meals and Afternoon teas.

3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 adults. 1 Double with Kingsize bed on 1st floor with ensuite bathroom (with corner Jacuzzi bath). 1 Twin on ground floor (down 4 steps). 1 Double on the lower ground floor.

Kitchen with range of units, electric hob/oven, microwave and fridge with views over the gardens.

Lounge/Dining area with galleried ceiling, with grand beamed fireplace with gas wood burner, 3 seater and 2 seater reclining sofas and additional tub chairs, TV and DVD. Oak dining table and seating for 8 people.

Utility room with dishwasher and toilet.

Outhouse washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer (shared with Magnolia Cottage).

Grounds extending to 2 acres with beautiful river frontage and full of mature shrubs and trees. NB. Take care with children and animals they must be supervised at all times when near the river.
