Close to the borders of both mid and south Wales, the properties provide perfect accommodation ideally placed for exploring the dramatic Ceredigion coastline where bottlenose dolphins are often seen.
The picturesque fishing town of Aberaeron is only six miles away with shops and its large harbour encased by pastel-shaded Georgian houses. A short drive inland leads to the rural and traditional towns of Lampeter and Tregaron, where the Welsh language is mostly used by the locals. Tregaron feels almost untouched by the 21st century and is a bastion of the Welsh language and culture. The river running through the town centre leads to Cors Caron, a national nature reserve of peat bog which is one of the most impressive wildlife areas in Wales; home to rare marsh grasses, black adders, buzzards and even the occasional red kite. A perfect opportunity to discover the real Wales. Shops 3 miles, pub in village.
The Farmhouse (OYV), Tan Y Dderwen (OZV), Beudy Bach (OZW) and Gwel-Y-Llyn (OZX) can be booked together to accommodate larger groups or families holidaying together.

Wonderful property and location. Stunning views and perfect for a quiet break away. The hot tub is a lovely addition.We stayed for a week and felt there were some key things missing such as a hoover, instructions for waste disposal. Can't imagine these things would be much of an issue for a shorter stay. Property was very tidy however some areas of the property could have done with a more thorough clean. Would absolutely stay again but for a shorter period of time.

Hi, third time in West Wales and first time (for my children) i could afford a Hot tub, which on arrival i was told had a leak and was getting topped up, through loss.With two days left a engineer came out and did some work. Best part was I was asked to go past other people's dwellings, holiday cottages, and top up myself. Not a nice thing to see me walking past privacy to do this.Place had cobwebs everywhere and if you used a led light (had for rural area) then you could see so much around the ceilings. Radiator in the bathroom could not switch off, even though we had another heatwave.Dishwasher, i gave up on how many times I fixed the top dispenser as not aligning and actually fell down a few times.A black doggy poo bag was pointed out to them on first day and still there at my going home day, and considering the heat we had, was poor. We had no animals, dogs.WiFi would not work and owner had to come out. Positive, she was nice. But a real faff to get up and running. Really need more drinking glasses of maybe pint sizes as one offered which had a pub name on, more definitely would of been good with me and three older boys.Positive was the owner and bread and jam left. Another nice touch. But I would nit go back.Mike

Absolutely beautiful place. So glad we found this hidden gem. Exceeded expectations. Absolutely amazing views, cows, lake, small park, hot tub, bbq, washing machine... had everything we needed. Very out of the way and peaceful.Only quibble would say mattresses are hard and pillows are lumpy but that would not stop us returning, we will just bring our own pillows in future. Will most definitely return & recommend to everybody!
