A superb semi-detached cottage near Newcastle Emlyn, set on a working livestock farm in peaceful and picturesque countryside. The smaller of the two cottages on site, but of the same extremely high standard, this quality Newcastle Emlyn cottage boasts a very well-equipped kitchen, and lovely French doors leading you into the spacious sitting area and dining area where relaxing family times can be had by all. Two wonderful double bedrooms have character beams and one has a rather unique doorway leading out onto the original stone barn steps. With one en-suite and two further bathrooms, this wonderful cottage is perfect for all the family. Relax on the paved area outside to enjoy quiet drinks or meals with just birdsong, the lowing of the cows and often just absolute quiet. The market town of Newcastle Emlyn offers an array of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. There is a ruined castle and beautiful countryside close by, plus the Cardiganshire coastline is just 10 miles away. There are many attractions within driving distance, making Newcastle Emlyn an ideal base for a holiday in this part of Wales.
