A superb semi-detached cottage near Newcastle Emlyn, beautifully converted from a stone barn, set on a working livestock farm in peaceful and picturesque countryside. This quality cottage boasts an open plan living area with a very well equipped kitchen, a spacious sitting area and dining area. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one with an en-suite, plus a ground floor wet room. Two further attractive bedrooms both offer en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have a TV and there is WiFi throughout. This cottage is perfect for the less mobile, with wheelchair access throughout the ground floor. Note: This cottage can be booked with Ref 16895, together they sleep 13.
The market town of Newcastle Emlyn offers an array of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. There is a ruined castle and beautiful countryside close by, plus the Cardiganshire coastline is just 10 miles away. There are many attractions within driving distance, making Newcastle Emlyn an ideal base for a holiday in this part of Wales.

The cottage is ideal for larger group as everyone gets a bathroom and t.v and the kitchen and living areas have plenty of room (the larger of the sofas was a bit to low for the older members of our family to use) There are loads of places to visit by driving out 25 mins. Our host were by far the friendliest, most helpful family we have ever encountered (we stay in about 4 cottages each year) and included us in their daily tasks around the farm.

The Evans family were very welcoming and accommodating. Our Grandson loved meeting the farm animals especially the calves. It's the ideal place to stay and make special family memories. Couldn't fault a thing . We will definitely return to Ysgybor Isaf
