The property consists of open plan kitchen/dining room, living room with Smart TV and wood burner. To the first floor there is a twin room and a double room with king size bed, bathroom with shower cubicle. There is a garden to the rear, which is large and lawned however not enclosed; pets welcome.
A few minutes by car takes you to the spectacular Ceredigion coast, with beautiful beaches, breath-taking coastal walks, as well as Cardigan Bay’s famous bottlenose dolphins. Wildlife watching and fishing boat trips are easily arranged from nearby New Quay. Inland, discover some of Wales’s best kept secrets from the Preseli Hills and Cambrian Mountains to the gorgeous Teifi Valley. These lesser known, but equally impressive locations offer a myriad of enchanting wilderness to explore. We absolutely loved this cosy cottage. As we walked in you could tell it was so clean and well looked after. The kitchen was very well equipped, my daughter even did some baking and everything was there that she needed.The lounge was extremely cosy, especially when we lit the wood burner in the evenings. The bedrooms were just perfect, nicely furnished with clean white linen. The owners of this cottage live right by the cottage. We found them welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. There are lots of walks and cosy pubs in this area and only 30mins from the coast.Would DEFINITELY recommend.

our stay at this holiday home was absolutely perfect, a truly needed escape.the place itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean and provided a wonderfully quiet retreat, set beautifully on a small holding. it was the ideal setting to genuinely relax and unwind, for us all including the dog.what truly made the experience exceptional thought was Pam's incredible hospitality, she is such a friendly, welcoming and warm host. who immediately made us feel like part of the family. her warm elevated the entire trip.if your looking for a peaceful, beautifully kept place with a host who goes above and beyond for you, this is it. it was just what we all needed.

What a lovely cottage, beautifully clean and in such a peaceful area. Centrally located for exploring a wide area of Wales, we particularly enjoyed Tenby, Mwnt, Aberporth and Aberystwyth.Pam was a wonderful host, the fresh eggs, milk and treats on arrival were very much appreciated. The cottage is fully equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing! Being a family of 4 (two teenagers) the conservatory made the space perfect on an evening, the kids could watch TV in the living room whilst we could enjoy the peace and quiet of the conservatory. A large Nisa was a few min drive away, very well stocked and close to takeaways - we sampled both pizza and Chinese! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to get away from any hustle and bustle.
