Fantastic cottage, perfect. Very clean, fresh and comforting. Lovely view. Garage at the top of the road (1 mile away) is like a mini supermarket. Easy access to local villages and beaches using the A487 which is a mile from the cottage. Plenty of parking space, rooms are big and spacious, all amenities you will need. Thank you

Not our first time in this house and we love it. Our son’s a wheelchair user and so it’s ideal. The only reason we scored lower on cleanliness is that we appreciate September is near the end of the season and it’s hard to keep everything looking pristine however we would have liked a little more attention to around the window shills, windows, etc With regards comfort and equipment our son is a wheelchair user and sadly the shower chair had been removed and the toilet rails. Whilst we could make it work it wasn’t ideal. With a garden chair. We did feed it back and had a very very positive response. These are all things that can be put right. We have booked again for next June 2026 and can’t wait. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful property - bright, modern, spacious and well maintained. We bought a party of 7 (including 5 teenagers!) - lots of room both in the property and outside and the fact we had a dog and the outside space was totally secure was fantastic!The bungalow itself is lovely - super clean, modern, accessible and a real home-from-home. If I was being super-picky a cafetiere would be a welcome addition but we had looked at a previous review and bought our own coffee machine so all fine! Being on one level and having a large wet/shower room would be a huge plus for anyone with access needs. Two bathrooms/showers was also a huge plus.The location is outstanding - so many beautiful beaches within 10 - 15 minutes. The nearest, Llangrannog, is lovely - the park and ride down to the beach itself (although there is a small car park at the beach itself). It does get busy but if you walk to the neighbouring cove (you can walk at low tide in minutes) or clamber over the hill (fairly steep steps but a nice view!) at high tide it is practically empty. There are two many fabulous beaches - this really is a stunning coastline and at a fraction of the price of its neighbours in the South West - but all have their own peersonalities and you can get away from people, if this is your desire! You can spot dolphins, seals and other sealife on most beaches - New Quay is a great bet for this and runs lots of affordable boat trips although you can easily spot dolphins in the waters from the harbour. If you do go to New Quay the toilets are 40p but you can swipe your card also!The Pub and Brewary as you turn off the main road toward the property is great (Y Bryn a'r Brady) - stonebaked pizzas, good food and vege/vegan options, the beer is fab too! Staff are super friendly and accomodating and really reasonably priced. We would certainly book again and return - the property is a real find and a good price!
