Guests say

Ty Nant is a pleasant and spacious cottage offering a comfortable stay with a well-equipped kitchen and lovely views. Guests appreciate the quiet location, ideal for both relaxation and as a base for exploring Mid Wales. The presence of red kites and local wildlife adds to the charm. Some guests feel the property could benefit from modernisation, particularly the bathroom and kitchen, and a larger TV would enhance the experience.

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide an accurate score.

The location is praised for its quietness and scenic views, particularly of the sea and wildlife. It is central for visiting places, though a car is necessary due to its rural setting.

The property is generally found to be comfortable with a home-from-home feel, though one guest mentioned the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The cottage is well-equipped, but some guests suggest it needs an upgrade, particularly the TV and kitchen appliances. The garden size and lack of a smart TV were noted.

While guests have expressed overall satisfaction with their stay, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so a score cannot be provided.

I think the accommodation was a little bit on the tired side the tv could have been a smart tv and the garden could have been a bit bigger however the owners did say our dog could use a field next to the accommodation

Very well equipped bungalow - ideal for the dogs too as despite a small enclosed yard we could have had had the run of the field behind too . There’s three large double bedrooms and an open plan lounge / kitchen / diner . As said previously very well equipped- there’s no need to take iron , pegs , potatoes masher or anything ! TV was very small and I struggled to see it but I don’t go on holiday to watch tv anyway . A good location in Mid Wales though a car is a necessity and it is a 1.5 mile walk to the nearest village which would all be uphill on the way back . Ideal for trips out to Cardigan ,Newquay etc. awe would certainly go back even though there was only two of us ( and two dogs) so the bungalow was really too large for us . We want to live there !!!
