A spacious lodge in a peaceful location. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and powerful showers. Amazing views.Surprised by an additional charge for the hot tub which we had not been expecting but that could have been our error - no way to check in retrospect as the listing on cottages.com had been updated since to incorporate the cost so should not be an issue going forward. The hot tub was well maintained throughout our stay by the owner.Suggestions for improvements would be to provide an information booklet rather than all the hand written notes dotted around and to have some additional pint glasses - we only found one during our stay. Only minor issues which did not affect our enjoyment.Just to note there was no welcome pack. While this is not a given when you book self catering accommodation, it is worthwhile future guests noting that you will need to make sure you bring milk etc if you want a refreshment when you first arrive. There is a grocery shop in the nearby village.
