Wake up to sea views and sink into soft linens in one of four elegant bedrooms (two king-size, one double, one twin), or steal away to the mezzanine snug with its sofa bed for a peaceful morning coffee or movie night. Three sleek bathrooms – including two en-suites – make it easy for everyone to relax and refresh.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area brings everyone together, whether for long, laughter-filled dinners or lazy breakfasts before a day by the coast. Afterwards, settle into the chic lounge, open a bottle, and plan tomorrow’s adventures — from mountain hikes in Snowdonia to seaside strolls right from the doorstep.

Step outside and you’ll find your own slice of paradise: a private, covered hot tub, enclosed garden, and two sun-soaked seating areas perfect for alfresco dining or soaking up the coastal breeze.

When the sun sets, wander to one of two friendly local pubs just a short stroll away — ideal for a pint or a wood-fired pizza after a day exploring.

There’s parking for three cars, high-speed Wi-Fi with dedicated office space, and games and table tennis for fun nights in. Two well-behaved dogs are also welcome to join the adventure.

The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a pebble beach, shops, a pub and two churches. Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two superb beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach that’s backed by sand dunes and has superb views towards Anglesey. Angel Bay is also a great attraction, where seals return each year. Take a ride on the Great Orme Tramway, peruse the selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés or enjoy a performance at Venue Cymru. The nearby Llandudno Junction is great for families as it boasts its own cinema and family restaurants. Close by is the historic town of Conwy where you can marvel at its impressive castle before immersing yourself in the past at Plas Mawr or roaming the town walls. Snowdonia National Park is a short scenic drive away and houses a myriad of exciting outdoor activities as well as walking and hiking trails which reward visitors with breath-taking views.
