Genuinely couldn’t fault the eyrie at all. We have never stayed somewhere as perfectly clean & with as many home amenities as the eyrie. We stayed for 3 days during the bank holiday & enjoyed our time immensely. The 5 of us had plenty enough space in the house to have our individual downtime but also share communal spaces together. The massive number of kitchen cupboards were filled to the brim with all the utensils and crockery you could think of. I could go on all day, but my end point is, you won’t ever regret booking!

We have stayed at the Eyrie several times in the past and enjoyed our latest stay. However, on this occasion the cleanliness of the main bathroom was poor. The shower head and hose were very dirty and I had to clean both before I was prepared to use the shower. This has clearly built up over time and was not as noticeable on previous stays. The main bathroom floor was also not clean and mold is building up on the ceiling as the extraction fan does not appear to be working.

We had a great week at The Eyrie with wonderful views overlooking Colwyn Bay and further. The house was clean and well equipped. There is an Aldi, co-op, several pubs and takeaways just down the road which was handy. The house is up quite a steep road so it keeps you fit if walking (though there is plenty of parking in Colwyn Bay itself).The only thing we missed was somewhere to hang our coats near the door.Would definitely recommend staying at The Eyrie.
