No. 30 First Avenue is a charming static caravan situated in the quaint village of Edern near Morfa Nefyn, Gwynedd.With convenient off-road parking, this delightful retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a serene getaway amidst the stunning Welsh landscape. Step into the single-storey No. 30 and you’ll be welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area, laid out to make your stay as easy as possible. The kitchen is fitted with everything you’ll need to prepare your favourite dishes, while the dining table offers a cheerful spot for everyone to come together over a meal. Kitchen is equipped with a slow cooker, air fryer and Tassimo coffee machine, with a newly installed larger under-counter fridge freezer. Afterward, the sitting room with its TV and gas fire is just the place to put your feet up after a day of exploring. There are a number of board games and children's bits and bobs available. The property provides two comfortable bedrooms, a double and a twin, both designed to give you a good night’s rest. The double also enjoys the benefit of an en-suite Jack and Jill style bathroom with basin and WC and shower room. Outside, the enclosed decking area has seating for a quiet morning brew. Perfectly located 1 mile from Rhyl in the holiday resort of Towyn. There is an excellent bus service outside to the nearby towns of Llandudno, Abergele, and Prestatyn for around £3 per journey. Whether you’re looking for an action packed or relaxing break, all the amenities can be found near the entrance to the park, which will keep the whole family entertained throughout the day, not to mention the beach on your doorstep! There is a swimming pool on site, arcade, soft play area, lovely inexpensive pub and cabaret room, with regular entertainment day and night for children and adults. Swimming towels are available in the caravan. There is also a convenient on-site restaurant and chip shop. Passes to all the amenities are included in your booking. Opening soon will be a bowling alley and crazy golf course.

Rhyl is a seaside resort nestled between Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay along the North Wales coastline. Rhyl has golden beaches that stretch for six miles along the coast. The centre of Rhyl provides numerous activities to enjoy such as the Seaquarium. There is a Crown Green bowling Centre, miniature golf, tennis, squash courts, go karts, arcades, and Botanical Gardens. A sheltered harbour allows access to numerous water sports, such as sailing and kayaking, or further afield you will find white water rafting, climbing and caving, and the renowned Offa’s Dyke walking trail, just down the coast in Prestatyn which is a four mile drive or a three mile walk if you fancy leaving the car at home. Within a short drive you can discover the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, Victorian Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Rhuddlan and Denbigh Castles, or historic Chester with its wonderful shops and architecture.
