Guests have praised the Lisboa cottage for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and prime location close to Llandudno's attractions. The property is well-received for its thoughtful welcome packs, including treats for children and dogs, contributing to a homely and welcoming atmosphere. While some minor issues with facilities and maintenance are noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, making it a desirable choice for large groups and families.
The majority of guests found the property to be very clean, with several reviews highlighting the cleanliness specifically. A few guests mentioned minor issues, such as finding pet hair under sofas, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.
The location is consistently praised for being close to the beach, shops, and town centre. Guests appreciate the convenience and proximity to local attractions, making it an ideal spot for holidaymakers.
Guests find the property comfortable, with ample space for large groups. Some reviews mention the need for better quality beds and window blinds, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.
Facilities are generally well-received, with the property being well-equipped. However, there are comments about dated kitchens, issues with a radiator, tumble dryer, and hotplate rings, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance.
The welcome packs and fresh flowers are frequently mentioned and appreciated by guests, indicating a high level of thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such personal touches, while common, are not guaranteed for every stay.
This impressive, well-presented, mid-terrace Victorian townhouse is located in a premier spot, midway between North Shore and West Shore beaches, in the award-winning town of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. This delightful and stylish holiday home is just a few moments’ walk from the pier, promenade and main shopping area of this popular seaside town, making it ideal for two or three families with children, or a group of friends looking for an enjoyable coastal holiday filled with exciting memories. Entering through the front patio garden into a well-presented hallway, the property stretches back, passing the main sitting room, with its stylish furnishings and bay window providing a light and airy feel to the room, and leads through into a central dining room which can be used as a media room when dining formalities have ended.
The kitchen offers everything needed for an enjoyable stay, with a large utility room housing all the appliances needed. Also to the rear of the ground floor is a cosy single room with en-suite shower room. The remaining bedrooms over the first and second floors are made up of a selection of four family rooms, including four with double and single beds. Two of these bedrooms benefit from en-suite facilities, whilst all have basins in them, as well as the latest Smart TV. Outside to the front is a pretty patio area with a bench seat where you can sit and watch the world go by, whilst to the rear, an outdoor corner sofa and table have been provided to allow you a further social area to get together and relax over a meal and a bottle of wine.
There is so much to do close by, you can park your car on the road outside free of charge all week. Take the tram up the Great Orme, enjoy a cable car ride from Happy Valley Gardens, followed by a toboggan run or a dry ski slope session, then perhaps have a game of crazy golf, or if you would rather, visit one of the 8 golf courses within 15 minutes’ drive. The Victorian pier is worth a visit for an ice cream, or just stroll along the promenade and enjoy a Punch and Judy show. Numerous walks radiate from the area, with circular walks around the Great Orme, and coastal walks in both directions leading to Conwy and Rhos-on Sea opening up superb cliff top views.
A fantastic cottage, perfect for a family get-together.
The seaside town of Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes. For the best views, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile.

Would highly recommend.

However, the kitchen was marginal for the size of the party of just 10 adults. The kitchen was small and cooking facilities just about ok for our party provided that all the facilities are operational. Unfortunately two rings on the hotplate failed early in the week leaving only 2 operational. We have to accept that getting it repaired just before Christmas was difficult, but feel that there needs to be some backup plan. A thank you for our understanding was all that was offered which while welcome didnât make cooking for the rest of the week easy.

House was well decorated and plenty of room. We found everything was fine but as four couples one fussy person in the group was over critical of minor stuff. I would have no problem recommending the house to anyone with a large family or group of friends who are looking to visit Llandudno.
