Part of a small group of properties surrounded by beautiful mountain views, this light and stylish lodge offers cosy accommodation for couples exploring the northern reaches of Snowdonia National Park. Set in a gorgeous spot just outside the historic town of Conwy, the fresh and welcoming single-level property has been tastefully furnished and lies on a charming, three-acre site with landscaped gardens and a natural pond. A perfect getaway for two guests, this romantic hideaway makes a fantastic base for eager walkers, climbers, cyclists, and nature lovers discovering an unforgettable part of the glorious North Wales coastline.
Entering this delightful hideaway, you will be greeted by a welcoming and generous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The airy lounge is perfect for snuggling up on the sofas in the evening to watch a film, while the central dining table is ideal for romantic meals which you can rustle up in the smart and fully equipped kitchen to the rear. When it’s time to retire for the night, there’s a spacious and relaxing bedroom with a king-size bed. The lodge also features a refreshing bathroom with a lovely, free-standing bath and a separate shower. Glass sliding doors lead out from the main living space and onto the charming patio which has plenty of garden furniture, providing a wonderful spot to sit back, take in the stunning views over the surrounding grounds and enjoy a BBQ or a quiet drink in the evening.
Conwy (3.5 miles) is known for its stunning medieval castle and Elizabethan gatehouse Plas Mawr, as well as a sweet beach, a choice of independent shops, restaurants and pubs, and a fishing harbour which is home to the Smallest House in Great Britain. Also nearby are Bodnant Garden, the Cefn Coch Stone Circle, and the popular resort of Llandudno, all within 10 miles.
