Guests say

Mariners Lee is a well-received holiday cottage in Llandudno, praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and modern decor. Its proximity to the beach, local attractions, and Snowdonia makes it an ideal location for families and groups. The property offers comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchens, and ample dining and lounge areas. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many guests planning return visits.

The majority of guests found Mariners Lee to be very clean, with several reviews highlighting the property's cleanliness. One review mentioned dirty floors, but this seems to be an isolated comment amidst otherwise positive feedback.

The location is consistently praised for being close to the beach, local shops, and attractions, as well as being a convenient starting point for climbing Snowdon. The availability of parking is also appreciated.

Guests have described the beds as super comfy and the house as spacious and well-equipped for comfort. There is one mention of seating not being comfortable, but overall, the property is regarded as comfortable.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options like a games room. However, there are comments about insufficient kitchen appliances for the number of guests and a blocked drain issue, suggesting some room for improvement in maintenance.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, this score is set to null.

The cleanliness, appliances, equipment and bedding was brilliant. Everything needed was available and as listed. It is an older property with high ceilings, wonderful log burner and heating was great. Bathrooms are all newly fitted and had really good showers and water pressure. With many older properties, there are a few signs of where there has been issues, but nothing that impacted our stay. The place accommodated our friends weekend away and we loved having enough space for 10 adults and 9 children. Would definitely recommend and is in walking distance to Llandudno and its sights
