Its central location is praised for proximity to shops, restaurants, and the seafront, with easy access to parking and local attractions. Some guests noted challenges with the exterior staircase and provided constructive feedback on minor maintenance issues.

The apartment was generally found to be very clean upon arrival. However, one guest mentioned a blood stain on a sofa and duvet, which suggests a slight oversight in cleaning.

It was decorated lovely for Xmas an nice and clean. We did have a couple of issues. First the tumble dryer didn't work which was one of the reasons we went for this apartment. Having a dog and children there's always washing. Second the sofa in the lounge and the spare duvet in the boxes had a huge red blood stain on there so this couldn't be used. Third when I was changing in the bedroom an my kids were in the living area watching the dog, the cleaner walked right into our apartment as they turned up the wrong day. I think by the door being open and all our stuff I'm the kitchen area they would have known we hadn't left. It's only lucky our dog is friendly seeing a stranger walk in like that. Overall we enjoyed our stay accept for the issues above. We would stay again but would enquire about the tumble dryer and blood stain before booking to ensure this is resolved. Thanks Katie

It would have been good to have some literature about dustbins and recycling as we were keen to help with the maintenance of this. Otherwise we had a great stay and would certainly return. The sunsets at Porthcawl are magic!

It was very large and the children also enjoyed the accommodation.I would like to make a suggestion only because I am a very keen in to recycling and is that a laminate on the wall about recycling bin and normal bin day as I missed them both .Last notes is about parking which we found very easy and convenient its possible to park very close to unpack reasonable charges, also liked the key arrangements which was super easy both arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends all in all great stay x
