This impressive family home is situated very close to the town centre, and yet, due to the surrounding gardens, has a lovely feeling of space and seclusion. A very short walk will take you to the bustling town of Llangollen, with its world-famous railway and 46-mile-long canal. Pavement cafés, bars, and restaurants all in the immediate vicinity.
Green Acres, owned by the Horspool family since the 1800’s, has been thoughtfully refurbished to provide a quality and comfortable experience. Inspired and furnished using The White Company London throughout. Entry to the property is via the side entrance, where you are greeted by the large open style kitchen, providing dining table with seating for six. The spacious and bright living room with Smart TV, comfortable sofas and delicate reed fragrances, creates a lovely space to relax and enjoy the lovely view of the very large gardens to the rear. There are three bedrooms all made up with White Company Linens. The first of these rooms is the master bedroom, boasting a comfortable super kingsize bed, a smart TV and en-suite with walk-in shower. A further kingsize room with views of the garden and lots of storage space, and a twin room with full sized single beds, furniture and small basin in the corner of the room. There is a further shower room with walk-in shower, grab rails and shower seat which is situated on the ground floor. To the front of the property, you will enter via the driveway providing parking for three cars. For those bringing their dogs, they have a designated, enclosed doggy garden. Moving around to the back a very impressive ¾ acre, sunny aspect, lawned garden with garden furniture, providing an idyllic spot to enjoy your morning coffee, lawn games or simply sit and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Llangollen, famous for its railway, canals and annual International music festival is the perfect place to base yourself for enjoying all the area has to offer. Those seeking an activity-based stay, the immediate area provides white water rafting and climbing. The Snowdonia National park is less than 50 minutes away, so you will not be short of experiences to make your stay here in North Wales a memorable one.

We had a wonderful stay at Greenacres. The house was beautiful and decorated to a high standard. Throughout there were The White Company furnishings and toiletries which added an extra layer of comfort. It was luxurious. There was everything we could have needed - it was a proper home from home. The mud room was a great idea so we could clean off boots and dogs. The kitchen was very well equipped. The owner had thought of everything. No criticisms at all. The garden was fabulous and the small garden for the dogs meant it was safe and secure. Great parking and easy to walk into town. Good location to visit other lovely places. We would certainly recommend Greenacres.
