House completely suited our needs for a 4 family break Owner gave great instructions to locate the house and left a nice welcome pack and good instructions on all facilities Garden was very safe for our two dogs and we also appreciated the games provided Llangollen is only 5 minutes drive away Would recommend for large family gatherings

The lounge was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed (perhaps a few more mugs??). The twin room is fairly small but adequate.
