The staff were all so friendly and helpful (in particular we would like to mention Monica, who was so helpful with our wheelchair!). Only one negative comment, disabled parking near the main reception is quite limited and often seemed to be abused (no blue badges displayed). We will be back though!

Door screws were sadly all very loose - when it rained the drains were blocked so we're making terrible noises in the middle of the night and sadly beds were uncomfortable for me especially the pillows we decided to leave a night early sadly :( loved the area and facilities though

It is good value for money and was a great place to relax and enjoy all the yummy cocktails
