Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches from the owners. The cottage is pet-friendly and ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing break. Some guests noted minor issues with the mattress, lack of Wi-Fi, and limited outdoor space for dogs, but overall, the property offers a delightful and memorable stay.

Most guests found the cottage very clean and well-presented, with only a few mentioning areas needing a deeper clean or attention to pet hair. The majority of reviews highlight a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, scenic views, and proximity to local attractions, walks, and amenities. Guests found it an excellent base for exploring North Wales and nearby towns.

Guests generally found the cottage cosy and comfortable, especially the beds and living areas. However, a few reviews mentioned issues with mattress comfort and sofa support, which affected their sleep quality.

The cottage is well-equipped with essentials and a log burner, but some guests noted the absence of Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and handrails on the stairs. Minor maintenance issues such as mattress age and TV problems were also mentioned.

Many guests appreciated the welcoming touches such as Welsh cakes, milk, and treats for children and pets. While these gestures are warmly received, it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

My only negative is due to the change in weather for this week. It rained every day and the temperature dropped. The cottage was cold due to no independent heaters to switch on...the log fire stove didn't generate enough heat to warm the sitting room as the wood wouldn't burn.

Lots of lovely walks and a neighbour sold fresh honey which was gorgeous. Able to walk to 2 different pubs from the cottage. Parking right on the doorstop was brilliant. Will be returning, was one of our best holidays - thank you.
