This well presented terrace property is in the seaside town of Criccieth with sea views from the garden. The beach is just a 2 minute walk from the property and children and dogs must be supervised. There are lots to do in the area with Criccieth’s 13th century castle on your doorstep, boats and golf course, plus the other popular attractions of the Lleyn Peninsula, it makes an ideal holiday base. Take a trip on the Ffestiniog Railway up into the Snowdonia hills, or visit the famous Italianate fantasy village of Portmeirion. See Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales, Beddgelert on the picturesque Aber Glaslyn or the old castles of Conwy, Caernarfon and Harlech. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

The location of this property is perfect! However, it is in need of some TLC. The mattress on one side of the bed dips, and the shower head does not stay in position.We also felt that the 9am check out was a little unfair when you are expected to strip beds, place in laundry bags and leave the cottage clean and tidy. The views from the rear of the cottage are perfect but once again there needs to some time spent on a tidying this area up.

Good location for beach & coastal walks. Cottage was comfortable and well equipped, but unusual layout with bathroom accessed only through kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped but very little work surface or cupboard space.

A clean comfortable well equipped cottage with a stunning sea view.Local amenities are adequate with a small high street offering a local shop, Chinese takeaway,ice cream parlour and fish and chip shop. Pebbly beach nearby, but plenty of sandy beaches and attractions within an hours drive. Would definitely recommend this cottage as a good base to explore North Wales.
