Itâs very well situated , being only 5 mins walk from a beautiful cove/beach that is lovely for children. Itâs a few blocks from a large family pub that serves food and has a great play area. It was closed the week we were there so we havenât tried the food . There is also a well stocked store a couple of minutes away , itâs really useful for picking up milk /bread etc as soon as you get there , especially if you are desperate for a brew on arrival. The house is large with plenty of room for a big family. The kitchen is lovely for family meals , and the house has some high end white goods. Decent coffee maker washing machine etc. There are three bathrooms with huge showers and one also with a rolled top bath. I think there may have been an issue with the cleaners on our week and we did have to clean the shower , coffeee machine and a few bits before we used them. Also we only had one hand towel per bathroom ,but it was easy to wash and dry them every couple of days. If you donât fancy doing this Iâd suggest you take some towels with you. Parking is great , loads of dedicated space opposite the house . Garden wise , the garden is very small and at the front of the house , itâs very steep so not really suitable for kids to play out , but the beach is only minutes away so was ok for us. One of the things we did find a bit off putting at first ,but we got used to is the two houses at the back have an access path that passes very closely to the small wooden decking area and kitchen French window , we ate at the table in the kitchen which is huge and lovely for familyâs and found ourselves waving to people as we ate. I suppose it depends how private you want your meal times to be. We are a large family so a bit of passing traffic is of no consequence to us. My summery would be a lovely big family home , great parking , fantastic placement with access to everything you need for a children/family beach holiday. Garden not suitable for the kids to play out , but facilities close by ,and take some extra towels if you donât want constant washing machine input. Also Thankyou for the milk tray. The kids were so exited to get a big box of chocolates and had a great time trying different flavours.
Jayesh
Just a couple of points some clothes pegs / outside area for drying would be useful. The Shark cleaner didn't seem to be picking up dirt. Dont need to publish these comments
