The location is highly praised for being central, close to the beach, pubs, and shops, with many guests expressing their love for the area and its convenience.
Comfort receives mixed reviews, with guests enjoying the spaciousness but noting that some furniture could be more comfortable and that noise can be an issue.
Facilities are well-received for their comprehensiveness, but several reviews mention the need for maintenance and updates, including issues with windows, taps, and general wear.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to provide a score for thoughtfulness.

The apartment itself has stunning original features. Sadly it is a little tired and could do with a spruce all over. The sofaâs are very uncomfortable! And there is no outside space but that is understandable given its location. Our only real criticism is that it wasnât very clean when we arrived and when tidying away to leave we found previous occupants dirty clothing under beds. It can also be quite noisy from the pub on a Friday and Saturday night and you can hear also the people living in the adjacent flat. Weâve had a fabulous holiday and wouldnât like this to be a âcomplainâ more than honest feedback for anybody wishing to stay.

had a laugh re making a chilli for friends visiting and staying with us as i told Allun no wok! The place has everything, clean, tidy and inviting. certain windows don't open but Allun is working on that. The bathroom has issues because it's small for condensation but it's no big issue and certainly won't spoil your stay because you leave the window open as Aberdaron is so so safe! We love it here and stay often at Natalie's over Sblash or Alluns. yes there steps or stairs to both but nothing a few trips with luggage you can't handle! Book and enjoy xxx

Clean and well equipped only thing missing no kitchen scissors. Also two windows will still not open. Alun is a kind and attentive host. Hope to go back.
