The cottage was more like a home from home. Well designed and equiped Kitchen with an attractive diningroom adjacent. Sensible and comfortable furniture for those with dogs, no cream carpets etc as so many of the holiday Lets have, saying they are dog friendly!! I will add we always take coverings for furniture with us anyway. The bedrooms are light and airy and a very good size, with comfortable beds. The garden is small but totally adequate and properly fenced and with views across the farmland and hills. With a short drive down the hill to Aberdaron itself and the long beaches, which have very large areas allowing dogs. Lovely bakery and a well stocked shop, the farm is an ideal spot to spend a break. The owners are friendly and helpful. We had a really good week, despite the weather and we will definately be back.

Stayed for a week early September with two dogs.Great cottage with just about everything you need away from home. Good location with a 15 to 20 minute walk into Aberdaron that has a great fish & chip shop, cafes, icecream shop, two pubs / restaurants and lovely bakery - there is a Spar convenience shop but it is rather expensive and of course the beautiful beach!Plenty of parking at the farm, nice and quiet and whilst the hosts are around they leave you alone unless you need anything; enclosed private garden is ideal for the dogs.Bathroom is downstairs, which is no real issue, but need to be careful on the steep 'open tread' stairs especially in the night, also a lot of low ceilings upstairs - again no problem if you are aware and careful.Easy to find if you follow the hosts instructions and don't entirely depend on the Sat Nav - lesson learned!
