Fairfield is a well-equipped cottage in a fantastic location, ideal for beach visits and local exploration. Guests have made wonderful memories and praised the property's homely feel. Some issues with hot water and bed comfort were noted, but the overall experience was enjoyable, with special mentions of a helpful housekeeper and a well-equipped kitchen.
The property was described as quite tidy, but there were initial issues with rubbish which were promptly addressed by the housekeeper. The presence of bleach smell indicates cleanliness, but also that it may be overpowering for some guests.
The location is appreciated for its proximity to beaches and amenities, with Abersoch being a favourite. However, the mention of barking dogs and a fairly main road suggests some disturbances.
The house is described as comfortable and homely, but there are complaints about bed comfort and light penetration in the bedrooms, which affected sleep quality for some guests.
Facilities are generally well-equipped, especially the kitchen. However, significant issues with hot water and boiler fumes have negatively impacted the experience, indicating maintenance concerns.
