Perfect for families or small groups of up to five guests, this welcoming retreat combines rural tranquillity with superb proximity to beaches, coastal walks and local dining.
Arriving at the property, you are greeted by generous off-road parking and a large enclosed lawned garden – ideal for children to play safely while adults relax and enjoy the surrounding farmland views. The setting offers a real sense of escape, while still being just minutes from the sea.
Inside, the well-equipped kitchen/diner provides a sociable heart to the home, with dining seating for six and everything needed to prepare relaxed family meals. On warmer days, step outside and enjoy alfresco dining in the garden before wandering down the private lane for a peaceful evening stroll.
The comfortable sitting room offers plush seating, an electric fire and a TV with DVD player – a cosy space to unwind after a day exploring the coast. Upstairs, three well-presented bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, comprising two doubles and one small 4ft double, served by a family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Nice peaceful cottage , close to a pub 1 mile away and town of Nefyn Village , lovely walks on beach short drive away, shame about having to pay for washing and drying of clothes but cottage was reasonable price so it was ok , beds comfy , garden isn't safely fenced for dogs but is fenced you have to keep an eye on them , little dogs could easy get out into farm yard/ field with sheep , we weren't bothered by people on camp site as not right close to you , we enjoyed our stay

Garden is spacious. Beds are comfy . Lots of beaches nearby and the town of phewelli. Disappointed no welcome pack after a 9 hour journey or tea and coffee. No milk in the fridge. This is a point that needs improvement .. Only Cottage we have ever been to who has not done that. Ann the owner is a lovely lady . Spacious cottage . Beautiful location.
