Set in a rural location in the village of Llangwnadl on the picturesque Llyn Peninsula, this detached holiday property is just 1½ miles from the nearest sandy beach and is set in large lawned gardens. With plenty of footpaths locally, there is much to explore including the beautiful coastline and the pretty village of Aberdaron. The National Trust’s Plas yn Rhiw is a short drive away, and the property is equidistant from Pwllheli, with its weekly market, and Abersoch. Also worth a visit is Criccieth with its historic castle. The spectacular mountain scenery of the Snowdonia National Park is also easily accessible. Shop and pub 3 miles, restaurant 7 miles.

We stayed here with members of our family and our dogs between 14-21 August 2026. Loved this cosy and spacious cottage on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. Also loved the spacious garden and outdoor seating. Much appreciated welcome pack on arrival. Several nearby sandy beaches to explore (Traeth Penlech was the nearest with a unique walk from the car park across fields with sheep grazing either side of the well trodden path). We also visited Aberdaron beach and Ty Coch Inn on the beach in Morfa Nefyn. We highly recommend this cottage and would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Had a great stay at this cottage. Very clean and comfortable and the garden is lovely. It’s a bit more spacious than it looks in the photos too! The area is fantastic, you do need a car as nothing is in easy walking distance, but it’s worth it to be somewhere with such rugged natural beauty. Lots of places to visit within the local area.

Beautiful comfortable house, perfectly clean and an amazing large garden which suited our dogs perfectly. Definitely recommend staying here, the owner is very amenable and had left us a lovely welcome treat as well.
