Guests say

Ty Hen is a cosy and welcoming cottage praised for its cleanliness, comfortable amenities, and the warm hospitality of the host, Brenda. Guests enjoyed the wood burner, electric blankets, and the proximity to beautiful beaches. The farm's fresh eggs and the presence of friendly dogs added to the charm of the stay.

The cottage is consistently described as clean and tidy, indicating a high standard of cleanliness maintained by the host.

The location is appreciated for its beauty and proximity to beaches, though accessibility may be a concern for some due to the mention of tight and narrow stairs.

Guests found the cottage to be cosy and comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy bedrooms, log burner, and electric blankets.

While guests are generally pleased with the facilities, there is insufficient detail in the reviews to accurately score the maintenance aspect.

The host's thoughtfulness is highlighted by the provision of a welcome pack, essentials on arrival, and fresh eggs. However, it should be noted that such gifts, while delightful, may vary and are not guaranteed.

Just home from a wonderful holiday staying at the cottage, absolutely everything we needed was there for us. The cottage is cozy but also very spacious. Three large bedrooms, spacious living/dining area with a log burner, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, large bathroom incorporating a wet room. Brenda and her family were very welcoming and we arrived to fresh eggs, milk, biscuits and wine there were fresh flowers in the living room. There is a lovely walk down to Porth Ysgo where we were able to swim every day. The cottage is just over a mile from beautiful Aberdaron and there are so many stunning beaches to explore within a short driving distance. Thanks again Brenda, we highly recommend your cottage and hope to be able to stay again in the future

A very friendly welcome from Brenda, the owner. The complimentary welcome pack was great and the eggs from the farm are delicious! We bought three boxes to take home. Cuddles from the farm dogs are available at no extra charge 😊 Great wood burner and, if you need them, electric blankets on the beds. A very comfortable, cosy and welcoming stay!
