We stayed in this unique cottage on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve, and boredom simply isn’t an option here! We spent over a week exploring the place, and every single day we discovered something new inside the cottage—it’s full of charming surprises. It honestly felt like the house had its own personality, revealing little details bit by bit. Just when we thought we had seen it all, we’d stumble upon something else that made us smile.Oh—and we even left a little something behind ourselves: a shoehorn, so future guests can enjoy that extra touch of convenience tooA truly special stay that we won’t forget anytime soon!

A fabulous quirky cottage. A real one off. Keith the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Two good pubs in walking distance. Very cosy with the log burner.

If you like a cluttered cottage for your holiday, then this is for you. There is so much stuff in such a small cottage that I didn't know it had a back door (which is a fire exit) until I read the escape plan. The pub over the road (The Red Cow) was a great place; friendly staff, great food and drink, and the locals were very friendly.
