This wonderful holiday property (adjoining the owner’s home) is situated within 20 acres of the owner’s grounds, and occupies half a converted barn, sitting high on a hillside with fabulous views over the Vale of Usk. The Forest of Dean and Symonds Yat make fabulous days out. Monmouth, Chepstow and Ross on Wye all close by. Shops 7 miles, restaurant and pubs 1 mile.

Lovely comfy cottage with great views across the Usk valley. 15 minutes to Chepstow. Lots of places to visit, NT, ruined castle and abbeys. Also plenty of places to eat.

A Truly Fantastic Stay!This place is simply magical — the breathtaking nature and landscapes are something you could never tire of, even just gazing out from the windows. The lodge is exceptionally comfortable, with every little detail thoughtfully provided by the lovely and welcoming host. The host’s warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness made our stay even more special. We honestly wish we could stay here forever!

A very comfortable cottage in the most beautiful location. Stunning views from the garden and living room, and very quiet with wonderful birdsong. The owners were very helpful but unobtrusive. We particularly appreciated the three large bedrooms, all ensuite. Many places to visit around the area: Tintern, Raglan, Chepstow and the Gwent Levels among them. Also great for the dog: an enclosed garden, lanes and walks directly from the cottage with no traffic.
