The centrepiece of the home is the large open plan kitchen-dining room, complete with modern appliances and ample seating around the farmhouse table, perfect for socialising and enjoying delicious meals together. French doors lead from the dining area onto a patio, where you can dine al fresco and soak up the tranquillity of the surrounding landscape. The spacious living room offers a cosy retreat, featuring a flame-effect electric stove and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings with loved ones.

Patio doors open onto the large gardens, where you can unwind amidst stunning views across to the Preseli Hills. Llywncelyn Farmhouse is perfectly located for a plethora of activities for the whole family. Those who enjoy walking and outdoor life can find the Preseli Hills half an hour’s drive away heading north; the Pembrokeshire coastal path can be found to the south and west and can be easily reached by car. Narberth, with its quirky shops, restaurants and quaint cafes, is a short 12-minute drive away. Further south, the bustling seaside resort of Tenby, also renowned for its medieval walls, can be reached in half an hour.
For young families, a visit to the area would not be complete without a trip to the county’s premier theme parks including Heatherton World of Activities and Folly Farm among many others. Those wishing to venture further afield will find the city of St David’s, with its magnificent cathedral; Pembroke Castle; boat trips to the islands of Skomer and Skokholm; the National Botanic Gardens of Wales and Laugharne, of Dylan Thomas fame, all within an hour’s drive. National Trust and Cadw members should not forget their membership cards as they take advantage of castles, gardens woodlands and car parking in the area.

A beautifully presented and well equipped house perfect for us as a large intergenerational family. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival by the hosts and the welcome box and homemade cake was a lovely treat after our long journey. The hosts were available during our stay should we have needed anything. The kitchen, lounge and outside spaces all had ample comfortable seating for the number of guests enabling us to relax together as a family and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Two ovens in the kitchen and plenty of crockery and cutlery meant catering was easy and there was ample fridge and freezer space. Our little ones were delighted with the indoor and outdoor toys and there was plenty of space for the dogs in the secure garden. The dogs appreciated the dog treats too! Llwyncelyn Farmhouse is the best place we have stayed with our family in recent years and we would definitely highly recommend.

This accommodation was perfect for our family get together. Spacious and well equipped it had everything for our party of adults and children-including toys, cots and stair gates so we didnt have to bring all that stuff.. The garden was enclosed and safe for the kids to run around in and we all enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day.The beautiful Pembrokeshire beaches were only a 30 minute drive away and Folly Farm was a hit with the children.The owners were attentive and helpful especially when we lost our keys! They provided a lovely welcome pack and info about the area.We would thoroughly recommend this holiday home-we had a lovely time!

Amazing house in a beautiful setting. The house slept 14 of us comfortably with more than enough space and plenty of seating inside and out. Madeline and Marc were very friendly and attentive hosts and sorted out a couple of minor issues really quickly for us which was really appreciated. We loved the hot tub and the views from the garden were spectacular. The location was great within easy reach of coastal towns and beaches. We would highly recommend this house for family groups
