The cottage's location is highly regarded for its proximity to beaches, coastal paths, and local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Pembrokeshire.
The cottage is generally considered comfortable, though some guests found the beds and seating to be just satisfactory. The stone floors were noted to be hard, which may not suit everyone.
Facilities are deemed well-equipped for self-catering, though there were minor comments about the lack of fuel for the wood burner and the difficulty in finding some utensils.
While guests had a positive experience, there were no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

The cottage was lovely and everything we wanted. The bed were a little hard but you get use to that. The wind howled around the cottage when Stirm Amy hit but we were nice and warm in the cottage, car parked just across the road. Also neighbours very friendly. If I came to Pembrokeshire I would differently stay in the cottage again. It’s inn tween st David’s and Fishguard which is good. Any on looking for sezors, or wine opener are both hanging up with the utensils. Took a 2 days before we found them. Ship Pub with great food walk distance takes to 3 mins. The fish and chips at the shack which is a 5 minute drive are brilliant, eat in or take out. Beach to walk to in 5 mins is good as well. We went as far as broad Haven beach and it was great, dogs allowed on all year and going the other way went up to Fishguard, lower Fishguard loverly harbour and place to paddle in. We loved Goodwick beach best, cafe, place to walk and beach.

Great location if you're looking for an outdoor break - walking the coast path, coasteering, wild swimming, surfing etc. There are few towns and amenities in the area if you're looking for entertainment. Cottage is fairly well equipped and self catering is easy to manage - no local shops so bring your provisions with you. Beds are ok but not great (always a personal opinion) and the seating downstairs is also ok. It seemed a bit cold comfort with stone floors throughout downstairs during a rainy week. There is a wood burner but only fuel to light it and no advice on where more may be purchased. A satisfactory place just looking a bit lacklustre.
