Okay, let me start off by saying that it is a well equipped place, in a very convenient area and it had everything we needed, but unfortunately, upon arrival the place didn't look like it had been cleaned, there was dog hair everywhere. Even in the beds! I have no problem with dogs, none at all. But I would have thought that effort would have gone in to make sure the place was clean. We ended up cleaning and wiping down everything we used as dust and grime had built up on things over time. Dog biscuits were not vacuumed up in the kitchen and there was crumbs still left on the kitchen sides. We also didn't find the beds or sofas very comfy due to the personal opinion that they were too hard 😕 I apologise, but our experience with this place wasn't a good one.
