We've just enjoyed a very enjoyable holiday at Temple Barn. A nice rural, but easily accessible location, offering great views out of a lovely sitting room, made cosy by underfloor heating and a roaring log burner.The kitchen is extremely well equipped and bathroom spacious, with a super powerful shower. Clean and modern, with oodles of character, Temple Barn is well equipped more generally, with everything from a stair gate to a dog bed and a travel cot provided.My partner and I stayed in the downstairs double room. The low ceilings upstairs might prove a bit restrictive for adults on a longer stay, but the kids loved it.Overall we were hugely impressed by a very homely property that we'd certainly consider returning to.

The views are amazing and the place itself was clean. Love the huge fluffy bathroom towels. The sofas sadly are not very comfortable and I think this was mentioned in other reviews as well as the lack of blinds or curtains at the windows for the main room which makes it quite blinding at times of the day to sit in there. There is also the very low ceiling in the upstairs bedrooms which we felt were probably more suited to children than adults but it wouldn’t stop me staying again as the views alone just make it! The ladies who look after the properties are lovely, friendly and helpful if you need anything.
