Booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 2 - Prior to arrival we tried to contact the owner for the key code to the property , but nobody picked up my calls.On the day of arrival at 3pm we tried to check in but the caretaker??? was not expecting us and could not find our booking, he told us to return in 2 hours so he could clean the property, which was not a good start.Outside the home was very run down and the gardens were overgrown.The home itself was clean but more shabby than chic, it was cold with only 3 small oil radiators to service the bungalow, the arrival book stated that there were problems with the oven which could trip all the electrics and other problems with the shower, suffice to say we choose not to use either.On a positive note the view from the home overlooking the harbour and bay was a million dollars I doubt you would find better in the whole of Pembs.

We had a lovely holiday.Cottage was comfy, spacious and well provided.There is work to be done but it did not spoil the overall experience.It would be difficult to park a big car,The view is the best in West Wales

We were fortunate to stay here fir our 17th anniversary and what a wonderful stay it was! A wonderful comfy cottage with stunning views! A gem! Right on the cliff top. The views are amazing of the harbour and out to the bay, u can even make out broad haven and little haven opposite on a clear day!It seemed quite sheltered from the wind too while we were here. The cottage is tastefully decorated with a luxury bathroom suite thatbwas currently being fitted. With excellent views over the very picturesque solva harbour and open sea and large windows to take in views. Surely must be the best view in the area! The living room is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas that u can still take in some of the sea view frm .& the best thing is u can still see the views thanks to the lower front windows! With Lookout carver chairs by large windows to soak up the view over a cup of coffee. Large Kitchen done very nicely, has everything u need. Comfy beds and nice size rooms especially love the upstairs bedroom with its feature window also takes in the amazing view frm bed! Love the coffee service feature up there too and the beams. All very tasteful and comfy. Love the colour matching towels to the room makes a nice touch.So nice to have plenty of hot water after ur evening stroll. Outside, the front garden is on the cliff top right above solva harbour looking out to sea with a bench and nice tree stump for a table makes a handy feature but having the bench near the edge of the garden by the cliff top meant u could make the most of the views both ways!. It also had a nice comfy patio set on the patio which was very nice too which also u could take in the views frm. Outside shower too looks very handy.This cottage is all about comfort and views, perfect for ur Welsh seaside getaway! We had a most enjoyable week very relaxing and would love to return!
