Trem-Y-Don Cottage is praised for its cosy atmosphere, convenient location near the coastal path, and comfortable furnishings. Guests appreciate the underfloor heating in the bathroom and the property's proximity to a pub and bus stop. While some guests found the kitchen cramped and the property in need of a deep clean, the overall experience is recommended for families and dog owners.
Most guests found the cottage clean and tidy, but one review mentioned it was dirty, smelly, and damp, suggesting a need for a deep clean. This indicates a generally good standard of cleanliness with some room for improvement.
The location is highly praised for being close to the coastal path, a pub, and a bus stop offering regular service, making it an excellent spot for holidaymakers looking to explore the area.
The cottage is described as cosy and well-equipped, with underfloor heating and comfortable beds. However, one review mentioned a lack of railing for the front steps, which could affect comfort for some guests.
Facilities like a woodburner and well-equipped kitchen are appreciated, but there are comments about the lack of an extractor fan in the kitchen and non-functioning underfloor heating, indicating some maintenance issues.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

The cottage was well equipped and wonderfully cosy. In a quiet village not far from the coastal path. It was great to have a large porch area for taking off muddy boots. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was an amazing luxury!
