We thought the accommodation was lovely and the site well looked after. Tthe members of the team whom we met were friendly and helpful. It was nice having a garden and a room off the kitchen for the dogs. They dealt with snagging issues promptly, and I reported a further snagging issue on the last day... extractor fan in the bathroom not working. We used the Swimming Pool but wish it didnt close so early as we would have made more use of it had it not closed at 4.00pm. One of our party used the Gym and found it adequate. It was disappointing that one of the guests left their rubbish in bags in the top car park against the fence, instead of putting it in the bins, as the sea gulls ripped the bags apart and strew the refuse including nappy sacks over the car park. Even more disappointing was that the Duty Manager neither answered their mobile nor responded to my text about the situation. Nor 3 and a half hours later when I texted the Security Team did they bother to reply to my text. The rubbish was still there when we left. No point in having emergency out of hours team members if they don't respond to guests. What if there was an emergency?? Hence couldn't give 5 stars.
