Ysgubor Uchaf (ref 29517) and Hen Ysgubor (ref 29518) are situated further up along the farm’s private lane. Hen Ysgubor is a ground floor Barn Conversion apartment situated below Ysgubor Uchaf which is the first floor apartment. The Farm overlooks the beautiful Mawddach Estuary, just off the coastal road to Fairbourne. Both properties are close for the beautiful Mawddach Estuary footpath and coastal trail/cycle path and direct access from the farm leads down to the golden sands of Fairbourne beach or across the Victorian bridge to Barmouth.
If you wish you can just relax, enjoy a spot of fishing nearby, or the more energetic can enjoy family walks in the idyllic scenery in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Snowdonia National Park. The family run pony trekking and equestrian centre on-site is just on the north side of the farm with menage (arena) for lessons, and riders and complete beginners are catered for. Holiday stabling is available by arrangement should you wish to bring your own horse. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.

A wonderful cottage, we booked this cottage for myself and a friends70th birthdays. It is in a lovely location with views from the bungalow, the weather wasn't very brilliant but this didn't spoil our stay. The owners had thought of most things that you needed to make our stay comfortable more than a lot of places we have been. We also took our dog who loved all the walks as only took us 30min to walk to the beach. We requested an old towell just to wipe the floor as with the wet weather we didnt want any of our party to slip. Maybe this is an idea for other guests who bring dogs in the winter months. All in all we would highly recommend this cottage as was perfect in every way possible. Many thanks.

Lovely walks with the dog a few minutes to the beach the shops wie booked again to go back next year lovely time unfortunately there was a storm a need on our last day that was a bit scary the tables and chairs or broken that was cleared up immediately as soon as I informed The owners
