This lovely barn conversion is situated in an elevated position above the charming village of Bala. Far reaching countryside rests close by, and views of Bala lake drift in the distance. Families or couples can equally enjoy the peaceful scenery. Wander through the beautiful garden and into the cottage where you will find an entrance hall, home to a utility and wet room. A turned wooden staircase will lead you up to a well fitted kitchen, wrapped in calm pale green walls. The vibrant yet soothing feel of this room is ideal for preparing those home cooked meals, as you look out over pleasant views.
Just a step away, an open plan sitting area is overlooked by characterful ceiling beams and Velux windows that sweep above the room. A corner sofa and arm chair are perfect for relaxing before the fire, and watching TV for a cosy night in. Also additional sofabed. The dining table is close by so you can enjoy breakfast and dinner without even having to leave the layout. An inner hallway is complete with a cloakroom and showcases two double bedrooms.
