Guests say

Llwyn Bedw is a well-loved, homely cottage praised for its stunning location in North Wales & Snowdonia, perfect for walks and enjoying nature. Guests appreciate the comfortable accommodations, the well-equipped kitchen with an Aga, and the property's seclusion and tranquility. The presence of a stream and local wildlife adds to the charm, though some mention minor maintenance issues.

The cottage is generally described as clean and comfortable. However, a few guests noted issues with keeping the kitchen floor clean due to sheep entering the garden, and one mentioned the property could benefit from a deep clean. No widespread complaints suggest a high level of cleanliness overall.

The location is highly praised for its beauty, tranquility, and proximity to walking paths and Snowdon. It is described as perfect, stunning, and idyllic, with easy access to local attractions. The secluded setting and scenic views contribute to a very high rating.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with cosy fires, central heating, and comfortable beds. Some guests noted that the twin beds are more suited to children than adults, and one guest found the bed hard due to back problems. Overall, the comfort level is rated highly.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern appliances and offers a cosy atmosphere with an Aga and open fires. However, there are mentions of maintenance issues such as a non-functioning shower, a broken blind, and a rutted track to the property. These issues suggest room for improvement in maintenance.

While guests express gratitude and appreciation for their stays, there are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches provided by the hosts that would fall under the category of thoughtfulness. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

It had everything we needed and more for a family break including dog. Amazing views and surroundings and welcoming pub. What more can you ask for!

Very minor observations were that a little more outside lighting would have been helpful and before they get any worse, the potholes on the first part of the driveway up could do with a fill. We brought a second car with quite a low wheel base and just made it. Otherwise splendid. Hope to come again and will recommend.

We had an amazing holiday, Wish we had stayed longer. There is so much to do in the local area. Property is lovely and big, Plenty of room for everybody. I would highly recommend staying at the property. It has been an amazing holiday. Only suggestion I would have, is the property needs a deep clean, And to provide Anti-allergy bedding, As the majority of the bedding had feathers and Myself and my daughter Have allergies to this. I did message the owner about this and she Offered to pay for new bedding. Luckily we found some spare bedding on 2 single beds that had no feathers. So we were okay, but very grateful to the owner for making the offer. What would definitely recommend this property and cannot wait to come back for our next say.
