It had everything we needed. We also rented big house next door. Little house made a great addition to the space offered by big house, making space for additional family members to joy in on our holiday.

. You need to put carpet on them, that would be safer!. Need some instructions how the TV works, we could only watch one channel. That's the moaning out if the way, the location of the cottage is really good. It's been many years since we have been that way, really enjoyed the train journey from portmadog to Barmouth even though it was raining. Next day we found a beautiful beach, I got sunburnt, the dog loved it. But we decided to come back a day early, the weather and we could not cope with those stairs anymore. We did have a good time away and we will be back, but not at this cottage. I shall be doing more research, feel disappointed has we have been Sykes customers a long time.

For us within an hour or less drive to areas we wished to visit for coastal and mountainous walks. Appreciated having the full week rather than our planned weekend! Given useful information to find the property and getting the key on day one was easy. We had a lovely time away.
