About this property

Disconnect from modern life in this remote but accessible setting on the striking coast of Snowdonia National Park. When the lure of Wales’ unspoiled beaches is calling, head down to the seaside town of Tywyn (2.5 miles), where promenade strolls, water sports and afternoons of sunbathing bring enjoyment for all. Fairbourne and Aberdyfi are both as pretty and can be reached within 9 miles via the spectacular trails of the Wales Coast Path. Pick up the idyllic walking routes in one of Wales' most iconic national parks: Dolgoch Falls, Llyn Mwyngil, and the mighty Cadair Idris are all within 10 miles and provide scenery that’s out of this world. For the youngsters, experience excellent family attractions such as the magical legends of King Arthur’s Labyrinth and the 160-year-old locomotive of the Talyllyn Railway (both within 15 miles). Ideal location to walk the Welsh Coastal Path from Pwllheli to Aberystwyth using the train - station is only a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage.

Set in lush green surroundings with spectacular views of the sea, this traditional stone cottage is simply charming. Although nestled within a working farm, this idyllic property is far from the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day. Tear yourself away from the exterior, hang up your walking gear in the utility room and make your way into the lounge, where deep, pillowy sofas are perfect for hosting film nights in front of the TV and glowing wood burner. Set a stew to slow cook in the airy kitchen/diner before tucking into hearty bowls around the wooden dining table for six. After a day of adventures, wash off long walks in the ground-floor shower room and pull on your cosiest pyjamas. Choose from three well-appointed bedrooms: a ground-floor double, or a further double or twin room on the first floor. Whichever you pick, you can be assured you will wake up to picturesque vistas. Finishing off the first floor is another stylish shower room.

Outside, Eyri’s dramatic mountains and sea views can be enjoyed with a coffee in hand and the breakfast sizzling away on the BBQ. A handy bar adds convenience for locking bikes, and with space for paddleboards, this holiday home is a slice of paradise for outdoorsy guests. The property benefits from private parking for three cars.
