Travel up the rugged track, arriving to two off-road parking spaces, before stepping up onto the private decked area, wrapping around your new home-from-home. Head inside to be met by an open-plan living space, well-equipped for a self-catered stay, where you can prepare and enjoy meals, and unwind after a busy day of exploring. Bask in your surroundings by opting for an alfresco affair, with a barbecue on offer to ease mealtimes, toasting to your getaway with a glass of wine in hand. Watch the sun set over North Wales before retiring to one of two well-appointed bedrooms on offer, a king-size with en-suite, and a twin, both benefitting from Smart TVs and zip/link features. Awaken to a long soak in the Jack-and-Jill bathroom, before kickstarting your itinerary, with plenty of beauty spots to discover across the national park, including Dolgoch Waterfall, Penygader summit, and Arthog Waterfalls. The pretty village of Llwyngwril rests quietly at the edge of the River Gwril, nestling between the splendour of the Snowdonia Mountains and the stunning golden beaches of the Cardigan Bay coastline. With its 16th century church, pleasant pub and picturesque riverside setting, it offers excellent walks and boasts a variety of wild flowers and many species of birds that flock to the area’s sheltered beaches and rock pools. Take a trip on the narrow gauge railway from the nearby beautiful sandy beach at Fairbourne, to the sweeping sand dunes at Barmouth. Discover the renowned towns of Tywyn, Dolgellau and Aberdovey, and visit the magnificent sights of medieval Harlech Castle and the Snowdonia National Park, all within a short drive. With plenty to see and do, this is a fantastic holiday location for all the family.
