What a great place!
The set up, the layout and the decor of the house is all brilliant! It is brand new and super comfortable and accommodating for dogs and kids too. The hot tub is an amazing feature for relaxing in the evening and the kitchen perfect for group cooking and meals. Worth being aware that the house is on the edge of an estate but the double glazing shuts most the noise out and you are super accessibility to the countryside pubs and also Chichester town centre which is ideal. Would really recommend this place for groups with kids, dogs and adults to enjoy time together. Even when it was raining, the house was an ideal place to relax and eat and drink together.

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay a few days at Goodwood Retreat but those few days were absolute paradise.
The house is amazing in every way - spacious, cleanliness, decor, amenities, location- I could go on and on. Every care and thought had gone into making our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. As for the hot tub, it was absolutely awesome! We would definitely recommend Goodwood Retreat to any future families looking for somewhere luxurious to stay near Chichester. We will certainly come back again!

Really great property.
Very clean and new. We were a group of 10, 2 kids and 2 dogs and fit fine. Jacuzzi fit all of us. Thereâs also a bigger dining table there compared to whatâs in the pictures, we had all of us sitting down for dinner each night comfortably. Would happily stay again, great value for money.

Beautiful decor, had everything we needed. Hosts quick to respond when we mentioned a minor issue. Great location with parking and a bus stop round the corner for quick access into Chichester. The large hot tub was also very popular! We would recommend.

Coastal cottage was advertised as having wifi and an enclosed seating area outside. There was no wifi and no gate on the area outside for dogs not to escape. Overall it was outstanding and would definitely stay again
