This attractive, light, semi-detached holiday cottage is over 200 years old and situated in a peaceful location which gives access to the Cleveland Way at the top of a cobbled road leading to the sea. It is well maintained and comfortably furnished retaining attractive features such as original beamed and timbered ceilings. Ideal for golf. Shop, pub and beach 150 yards.

The cottage was lovely. Very clean. Smelled beautiful and everything was in good working order. The village is lovely and wd have been here before so we knew ahat to expect. Parking was no issue but may be a little tight if everyone is there! Was surprised there was no shower so just be aware there is a bath but no shower or shower taps. Thw heating is storafe heaters and it was lovely and warm. The only issue we had which has nothing to do with the cottage but people may want to know. The locals dont seem to like visitors anymore. I had to stop one nasty verbal altercation. Then another local screamed at me about if i had a permit and was quite nasty. And a third was walking in the middlee of the road to stop me sister driving as she stayed in another rental. Maybe it was a bad weekend as it was wgw. But be aware as it really upset my daughter.

we loved Felicity cottage with its oldy worldy charm,very good value in a fab position for the harbour ,beach and walks on the coast and cleveland way, was lovely,perfectly clean,comfy beds,lovely bedding,and provided everything you need, also parking space a big bonus,just love staithes,will be back x

A lovely cottage with everything you need. Rural and quaint. Access is not for the faint hearted or anyone with disabilities. The perfect place to get away, a walkers paradise. Personally I would have appreciated Wi-Fi. Most enjoyable couple of days.
