A beautiful chocolate box cottage and grounds. Sally the owner was excellent she really looked after us leaving essentials and treats for us. We even got a packet of Otterton shortbread for our journey home. We will definitely go back

What a beautiful cottage! Sally was really welcoming and helpful and the "welcome" pack of goodies provided was very thoughtful. The local area for dog walking is amazing, with direct access to the South West Coastal path between Ladram Bay and Budleigh Salterton and Otterton Nature Reserve nearby. Cottage was warm and comfortable, with loads of space and all equipment provided for our break. Might want to bring DVDs to watch in case it's raining and there's nothing else on the TV. We'd love to return here in the future, as our 3 day break was simply not long enough! Thanks Sally (and Jack the dog!) for advice about where to take the dog, too.
