Property is in a good location for beach and coastal path walks. However, property requires major modernisation (currently locked in the 80s) and a deep clean. Basic amenities (water & heating) are in good working order. From a safety perspective, there's a wall in the garden that is leaning badly and needs levelling. Not planning to revisit.

Cottage in a great location walking distance to lovely Gower beaches. Warm, comfortable and well equipped, if a bit worn and old fashioned. All in all good value for money.
