Offering a stylish blend of traditional and contemporary accommodation, they can be found on a country road a short distance from the High Peak village of Chinley, within the Peak District National Park. Surrounded by dramatic panoramic views of South Head and Cracken Edge the area is popular with hikers and ramblers with an abundance of superb walks literally from the doorstep including up towards Kinder Scout. Alternatively, you can jump on the train at Chinley to any of the Hope Valley stations (as well as both Manchester and Sheffield), and make your way back to the village perhaps stopping at the award-winning traditional country pub, which is less than 1 mile from Naze farm, for food and refreshments.
The centre of the Chinley is around 0.5 miles from the property and offers a good range of shops and facilities, with both Hayfield and Chapel-en-le-Frith also just 10 minutes away. Within a 20-minute drive is the spa town of Buxton, together with the beautiful villages of both Castleton and Edale. The fascinating plague village of Eyam and ever ever-evolving market town of Bakewell can be reached in around 30 minutes and Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and Holmfirth Vineyard all around 45 minutes. Finally, by prior arrangement the friendly owners who live onsite will take you on a tour of their small holding to meet the quite wonderful and friendly livestock.

Willow cottage was charming, a little gem of a place. We were 2couples and a dog. There was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms, I thought were spacious and comfortable. There was a good amount of storage. A big plus was having a light over a large mirror next to electrical sockets! Great for drying hair. Bathrooms were some of the best we have encountered on many, many cottage stays. Exceptionally clean, large rainwater shower heads with good pressure and hot. And with both bedrooms being ensuite, it was perfect. Also having a downstairs toilet was a bonus. Andrea was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

Willow cottage was spotlessly clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrea was the perfect host and there were lots of little touches such as the warm hose pipe to clean the mud off our dog. The area is beautiful and we did a lot of great walking, a lot of which was straight out the door. Highly recommended. We'll be back.
